ESSI has completed fabrication and is now deploying for a pilot production run our first operational water recycling and treatment system to address the frac water and produced water recycling needs in the Eagleford Shale located in South West Texas.

Below are in-progress photographs of the installation of the pilot equipment that includes our proprietary water treatment technology.

 

Sunday Nov 9th – System is running and first water samples generated.  

The team has installed and tuned the system and has started running water samples from “produced” oil well water.  We’ve made some clear water and captured free oil.

Sunday Nov 2nd – System install almost complete

Site preparation began on Wednesday Oct 29th and by Sunday Nov 2nd, all systems, frac tanks and support equipment are almost completely installed.  Sunday we positioned the System #2 container and stabilized it for high volume processing.  Progress has been steady each day leaving only a few small tasks to complete Monday including initially priming the system.  Tuesday or Wednesday should see the first frac water processed for analysis.  All systems go!
