Diesel Exhaust

Our proprietary diesel exhaust catchment system provides for the effective removal of PM (Particulates Matter) and NOX (Oxides of Nitrogen) with a PM removal efficiency factor down to nano-particle range. This system is design for application on all diesel motor exhaust systems and it eliminates the need for expensive high-maintenance filtration canisters as well as the need to use diesel fluid (ionized water+urea). Our system meets the EPA Tier 4 verified standards without reducing engine performance or fuel efficiency.

ESSI has not yet deployed this technology to the commercial markets.  We anticipate allocating resources to develop this equipment and create a new market for this technology once the demands from our fracking technologies allow.  We are available to discuss  with interested parties the general mechanics of this equipment and market applications.

This process and equipment was used in normal operations by Charles Rau in his preceding large-scale commercial sand and gravel operation that required clean and regulated emissions from onsite heavy equipment.  While this commercial application of this technology was geared towards very large diesel engines, it was successfully modified in beta operations to function with equal or better results on smaller diesel engine application suitable for a semi trucks, personal vehicles and smaller engine applications.
