Advanced Materials

ESSI has developed and continues to pursue new innovations in various stages of laboratory testing, beta testing and patent filing. Below are several of these technologies that, given the resources and appropriate timing, will be brought to market.

We encourage interested parties to contact us to discuss the general mechanics of this equipment and its market applications. An overview of these proprietary advanced materials systems and products for a variety of industrial uses is listed below.

Metal Matrix Composite Alloys (MMCAs) have superior strength and longer wear resistance and are lighter than ferrous alloys and as light as aluminum. These MMCAs are tailored for brake component parts: automotive, commercial trucks, motorcycles and military vehicles.

Metal alloy blends with innovative proprietary thermal after treatment have the strength of many high-grade steels yet are one-half the weight of these steels. These alloys are tailored for high strength commercial chains, commercial aircraft and aerospace applications.

ESSI has a patent pending on this technology. We are working with a world-renowned research institute that specializes in particle science to research and develop this technology. ESSI has designed proprietary systems for innovative applications of a new lightweight (70% lighter than copper), highly electrically conductive (significantly more conductive than copper) engineered material that replaces the need for more expensive and heavier electrical conductors such as copper. ESSI recently received a patent pending on an application of this technology that we call Eco Water Synthesis™ which diverts wasted industrial energy to power the conversion of large amounts of clean water.
