President & CFO

R obert Baron, President & C.F.O., is one of the three original founders of Eco Squared Solutions, Inc. (ESSI). Since our inception in October 2011, he has been a member of our Board of Directors, as well as Chief Financial Officer, and in April 2015 he was elected to also serve as President.

Mr. Baron has brought to ESSI a unique blend of legal knowledge as a retired attorney coupled with an in-depth business background in manufacturing, new product development and marketing. Since 1989, he has been the president and sole director of Maana Enterprises, Inc., a Nevada corporation authorized to do business in California as Maana Cal with corporate offices located in Carlsbad, CA. Maana provides consulting services in business operations, accounts receivable financing, equipment financing and equity financing. Maana also owns three separate companies, all private California corporations, which are engaged in brokering machined metal parts for commercial and aerospace applications; brokering crating, pallets and packaging materials to manufacturers; and providing consulting services to real estate developers and property managers.
